When Max and his little brother Jacob board a glowing Christmas train on Christmas Eve, they expect a simple ride to visit Grandma.

But this is no ordinary train.

Inside the cozy cars filled with garlands, twinkling lights, cookies, and hot cocoa, the boys discover that Christmas journeys can hold a little magic. With the help of a friendly conductor, Max learns how trains work and begins to dream of becoming a train engineer someday.

Then the ride becomes even more magical when Uncle Santa and Mrs. Claus appear with sweet treats and a surprise that shows the boys something wonderful about their future.
